A technology strategy turns the ambitions of the company into capabilities to build, investments to sequence, risks to control and outcomes to reach. It sets a direction clear enough to guide the organisation, while leaving technical choices free to evolve with the market, the products and the way they are used.
I connect the product roadmap, architecture, data, cybersecurity, AI, technical debt, skills, vendor dependencies and budget constraints into one coherent trajectory. My role is to make the options and their consequences understandable to the executive team, then to put in place the governance that turns decisions into work the teams can actually execute.
