I set out to make AI a shared, governed and measurable operational lever, rather than a collection of individual tools with no common framework.

I carried the vision, defined the usage rules and led the assistant's integration into the GitLab processes of Skazy and its subsidiaries. I built the first foundation myself, to validate the approach quickly before embedding it in the practices of the organisation. The assistant relies on GitLab's native permissions, keeps full traceability and steps into the whole delivery cycle: issue analysis, action plans, code, merge requests and review corrections.

It is now used by the hundred or so people across Skazy and its subsidiaries, spanning very different profiles, and turns AI into a genuine company capability, embedded in existing practices.
