I conceived Skazy Live AI so that clients could evolve their own website without depending on a complex CMS, on training or on a pile of subscriptions.

I defined the product vision, laid the technical foundations and set the frame within which the team builds and evolves the platform. The classic admin panel is replaced by a conversation: the user states what they need, the AI applies the change, and the platform validates the result before publishing. Hosting, monitoring and maintenance come together in a single service.

The platform now carries all of the agency's static websites and turns internal technical expertise into a product clients can use directly.
