To support Optimal RH's growth, the HRIS needed a foundation able to carry around a hundred organisations and more than 5,000 users, on web as well as mobile.

I steered delivery industrialisation, security and engineering standards so that quality was handled at platform level rather than project by project. The setup brings together a shared GitLab pipeline, security audits, SonarQube, Gatling tests, ephemeral environments on demand, release candidates, Google Cloud and a disaster recovery plan that replays in under thirty minutes. All of it is aligned with the OWASP Top 10 and ISO 27001 requirements.

That foundation supports the product's expansion into French Polynesia, the Caribbean and France while reducing delivery risk as usage grows. The product raised 150 million CFP francs in March 2023, then a second time in December.
